The cost

Our service costs 2,500 Baht. The alternative may be:

• You keep paying expensive daily rents at your hotel until you find somewhere suitable for you

• You find somewhere that you think is suitable, then make and meet new friends and find that they have similar to you but pay less per month (e.g. 1,000 Baht per month = 12,000 Baht per year in potential savings) 

For 2,500 Baht we:

• check your needs against our database

• arrange viewings with building managers

• pick you up at your hotel

• provide a map showing up to ten apartments 

• take you to each property

• handle any questions you have and address any language barriers

Then it is left for you to decide. If none are suitable, we provide a free map of apartments in another area, for you to use and view at your own convenience and transportation.
